With a substantial sum of oil money in his wallet, Mark decided to trade in the Gulf Coast's warm climate for the sun-kissed landscape of Southern California. However, his arrival in this new region was marked by a fateful encounter with a vehicle, which resulted in a catastrophic accident that left him with a severe injury to his neck, requiring extensive medical attention and a lengthy recovery period.
