Mary Beth Hurt, a renowned actress, entered this world on September 26, 1946, in the charming city of Marshalltown, Iowa, USA. Her impressive acting career has spanned numerous decades, with some of her most notable roles including her portrayal of a complex character in the 1982 film "The World According to Garp", her captivating performance in the 2006 cinematic masterpiece "Lady in the Water", and her chilling depiction of a character in the 2005 thriller "The Exorcism of Emily Rose".
