Matthan Harris, a talented individual, was born on September 23, 1986, in Fort Worth, Texas. He pursued his academic interests by earning a Bachelor's Degree in Radio/Television/Film from the University of North Texas in 2009. This marked the beginning of his journey in the entertainment industry.
Matthan further honed his acting skills by graduating from the Sanford Meisner Center's two-year professional acting program in Burbank, California in 2016. He was fortunate to be taught by Ranjiv Perera and Martin Barter, who were both mentored by the renowned Sanford Meisner.
Since 2009, Matthan has been actively involved in various projects, including films, television shows, and commercials. His impressive resume boasts a range of roles, from comedic villains to true crime characters. Notable appearances include the Dhar Mann episode "Kid Is Left Home Alone On Christmas" (2022),where he played Frank the Burglar, and the VET Tv series A Grunt's Life: Season 2 (2022),in which he had a recurring role as Lance Corporal Mitchell.
In the German horror anthology German Angst (2015),Matthan brought to life the lovable, deaf-mute boyfriend Jacek Falecki. He has also played two notorious serial killers in true crime shows: Jeffrey Dahmer in Fresh Meat: Killing Dahmer (2023) and Robert Durst in Robert Durst: An ID Murder Mystery (2019). Furthermore, he has lent his voice to various characters in iconic anime shows for Crunchyroll, such as One Piece, Attack on Titan, Black Clover, Tokyo Ghoul, and Darling in the Franxx.
Matthan's work extends beyond acting, as he has also been involved in commercial and industrial projects for prominent companies like Toyota, Subway, 7-Eleven, Six Flags, and Sam's Club.
Through his production company Incisive Pictures, Matthan has demonstrated his versatility by writing, directing, producing, and acting in several projects. These include the supernatural horror feature Baphomet (2021),the psychological thriller The Inflicted (2012),and the chilling segment "The Damned Statue" for Hex Studios' horror anthology For We Are Many (2019). Currently, he is working on the shark thriller feature Fatal Attack and the horror anthology CosMonster and Other Horrors.
