Merah Benoit, a talented individual born on July 2, 2012, in South Louisiana, emerged from a family with a rich history in the entertainment industry. Her great-grandfather had a stint as a traveling circus performer, while her uncle is a Grammy-nominated blues artist, and her father is an accomplished singer-songwriter. It was only a matter of time before Merah would follow in their footsteps.
At the tender age of five, Merah began her professional career, gaining recognition within the New Orleans theatre community by landing signature roles in beloved classics such as "Peter Pan" and "The Sound of Music". Her passion for performing continued to grow, as she transitioned to the big screen and television, where she had the opportunity to work alongside esteemed actors like Melissa Leo, Renee Zellweger, and Will Smith.
Despite her busy schedule, Merah makes time for her beloved pets, a pet bunny and a rescue dog, and also indulges in her love of music by practicing with her classic rock band, "The Snores".
