Subsequently, he enrolled in the esteemed American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles, a renowned institution renowned for its rigorous training programs, where he dedicated himself to refining his craft, further developing his artistic skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Pierce's television career began with a series of appearances on the renowned Soap Opera "General Hospital" in the 1980s, where he made a memorable splash by dancing in the disco during the iconic Luke and Laura storyline, a pivotal moment in the show's history.
Pierce's professional trajectory extends far beyond his notable acting career, with a remarkable twenty-five year tenure in the Retail Industry, where he has held esteemed management positions, including Vice President and Director, for prominent organizations such as Rand McNally, No Fear, and LEGO toy Stores, spanning various aspects of global operations.
