Miriam Rizea was born on December 10th, 1988, in Ramnicu Sarat, Romania, marking the beginning of a remarkable journey in the world of acting. At the tender age of 16, she made her stage debut as Esmeralda in the production of "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" at the "Margareta Sterian" High School in Buzau, setting the stage for a lifelong passion for the performing arts.
Miriam's academic pursuits took her to the National University of Theatre and Film "I.L.Caragiale" (UNATC) in Bucharest, where she earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Acting. This solid foundation in her craft has since allowed her to excel in numerous productions, both on film and on stage.
2010 marked a significant milestone in Miriam's career, as she made her debut on the Bucharest stage with two productions: "Scrooge", an adaptation of "A Christmas Carol", directed by Ana Cucu, and "Graffiti Drimz", written and directed by Alina Nelega, at the Odeon Theater.
In the realm of theater, Miriam has left an indelible mark, taking on iconic roles such as Ileana Cosanzeana in "Imparatul Neimparat" (by Filip Columbeanu, directed by Radu Stoian) at the Nottara Theater and Lucieta in "Badaranii" (by Carlo Goldoni, directed by Dan Tudor) at the Metropolis Theater.
