Nanna Øland Fabricius, better known by her stage name Oh Land, is a talented Danish singer-songwriter and dancer whose life has been profoundly influenced by her close-knit relationship with the world of music and dance. As the daughter of an opera singer mother and a composer father, she was fortunate enough to be surrounded by the arts from a very young age.
The formative years of the remarkable individual, Fabricius, were characterized by an unwavering enthusiasm for the art of dance, with her tutelage at both the esteemed Royal Danish Ballet and the revered Royal Swedish Ballet. Despite exhibiting tremendous potential, her remarkable career in dance was tragically curtailed due to the onset of a debilitating back injury.
As she continued to navigate the challenges that life had presented her, Fabricius refused to let her passion for music fade away, instead channeling her creative energy into a series of artistic expressions that would eventually take the form of three albums, each one a testament to her unwavering dedication and unrelenting perseverance, and with a fourth album now on the horizon, a beacon of hope and inspiration for all who have been touched by her music.
Presently, the talented individual, Fabricius, has made Brooklyn, a vibrant neighborhood within the iconic New York City, her current place of residence. This urban oasis has provided her with a tranquil backdrop to focus on her creative pursuits. Fabricius has the privilege of sharing her life with Eske Kath, a renowned Danish artist, who, interestingly, is ten years her senior.
