Nico's career began in the late 1990s, a period marked by significant growth and development as an actor. From 2001 to 2004, he made a name for himself in prime-time Italian TV shows, showcasing his versatility and range.
In 2001, while filming an International Spot at Cinecittà Studios, he caught the attention of HBO Talent Scouts, who selected him to play a role in the highly acclaimed HBO series 'HBO Rome'. This opportunity came after intense training in Gladiators Fight techniques.
Between 2007 and 2014, Nico honed his craft by attending the 'Actors Center' classes, where he learned the Strasberg Method. This period was marked by a series of notable roles in films such as 'Angels & Demons', 'Nine', 'Duplicity', 'Amalfi: Megami no hoshu', and 'Apparitions'.
In 2010, Nico was shortlisted for the lead role in the popular series 'Spartacus: Blood and Sands'. Following this, he appeared in a range of projects, including 'Pater Castell', 'Commissario Rex', 'Stratton', 'Ben-Hur', and 'John Wick 2'.
In addition to his acting work, Nico has also co-written and produced the 2020 film 'Mnemonix: The Hive', which received widespread attention worldwide.
