Nicole Huff, a talented individual born and raised in Toronto, Canada, embarked on her journey in the entertainment industry at the tender age of six. With a strong passion for acting, Nicole honed her skills in portraying dynamic and unique characters. Her theatrical debut came in the Netflix feature film "Luckiest Girl Alive," where she played the role of Olivia Kaplan, a character from the bestselling novel.
Nicole's mixed ethnicity, comprising half Filipino, a quarter German, and a quarter French, has undoubtedly influenced her artistic expression. She has been trained in various styles of dance, including ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, acrobatics, lyrical, musical, and hip hop. Additionally, she is a classically trained singer, pianist, and violinist, and has also taken lessons in figure skating, skiing, swimming, soccer, karate, and gymnastics.
As a child, Nicole's love for being on stage led her to participate in talent and beauty pageants, where she won numerous awards, including Miss All Canadian Overall Winner, Best in Talent, and Best in Public Speaking. She also achieved her black belt in karate and received awards for dancing, singing, piano, and figure skating.
Nicole began her modeling career at the age of seven with Ford Kids Models. As she grew, she continued to work in theatre, print ads, and TV commercials, accumulating over 35 commercials to her credit. Her television credits include "Life with Derek," "Jon Dore," "Weird or What," "Max and Shred," "Private Eyes," and "Diggstown."
Nicole's breakout role came when she landed the part of Gloria on "Degrassi," which led to her involvement in the TV movie and further fueled her passion for film. She has since appeared in short films such as "Knots" and "BFF." In addition to her work in TV and film, Nicole has extensive experience in theatre, having starred as Molly in Marquee Theatrical Productions' Annie and performed in school musical productions.
Nicole's love for communication has also driven her to study French, which she now speaks fluently. She has achieved her Four Year Honour Roll award as well as her Ontario Scholar Award in high school, and was also on the Dean's List in university, where she studied Media Production with a major in Film, Television, and Radio.
Nicole's most recent projects include recurring roles on "Tiny Pretty Things" and "Pretty Hard Cases," as well as a supporting role in "The Great Christmas Switch." She is also working on her original music EP, set to be released in the future with renowned music producer RH3, who has worked with notable artists such as Britney Spears, Michael Jackson, and NSYNC.
