Oles Hennadiyovych Sanin, an exceptionally talented and versatile creative individual, came into this world on July 30, 1972, in the charming town of Kamin-Kashyrskyi, situated within the picturesque Volyn Oblast of Ukraine.
A Ukrainian individual of exceptional versatility has had the privilege of exploring various creative outlets, taking on roles such as film director, actor, cinematographer, producer, musician, and sculptor. Throughout his illustrious career, he has accumulated an impressive array of accomplishments, including the esteemed honor of being named Honored Artist of Ukraine in the year 2014, as well as the prestigious Alexander Dovzhenko Ukrainian State Award.
Sanin's academic journey is a testament to his dedication and passion for the performing arts, marked by his graduation from the esteemed Ivan Karpenko-Kary National University of Theatre, Film and TV in Kyiv in the year 1993, where he earned a degree in acting under the guidance of the renowned Valentyna Zymniya.
His pursuit of excellence in the field of film direction led him to further his education, and he successfully completed a course in feature film direction in 1998, with the distinguished Leonid Osyka serving as his mentor.
Sanin's professional odyssey has led him to traverse the globe, encompassing internships in the Netherlands and the United States, where he honed his skills and gained valuable experience.
From 1994 to 2000, Sanin embarked on a multifaceted career as a film director, director of photography, and production director for the Ukrainian branch of Internews Network, now rebranded as Internews. During this period, he was responsible for producing a diverse array of documentaries for renowned networks, including Internews Network, Canal+, 1+1, NTV, TNT, Polsat, DALAS studio, IKON, and PRO Helvecia.
