Pablo Andrade, a Venezuelan-born actor and director, has made a significant impact in the world of professional theater. With over 15 years of experience, he has worked with some of the most respected theater companies in Venezuela and New York.
Andrade is the Founder and Artistic Director of Corezon Theater Company in New York, as well as a faculty member at HB Studio. He has been involved with various theater companies since his arrival in New York in 2011, including Repertorio Español, the Tectonic Theater Project, The Public Theater, Puerto Rican Traveling Theater, Teatro Círculo, Russian Arts Theater, IATI, HB Ensemble Theater, Teatro SEA, INTAR, and others.
As a director, Andrade has been mentored by renowned professionals such as Jack Hofssis, Robert McQueen, Aleksey Burago, Austin Pendleton, and Thomas Kail. He is an Associate Member of the Stage Directors and Choreographers Association (SDC) and the Hispanic Organization of Latin Actors (HOLA).
Throughout his career, Andrade has received numerous awards and accolades, including the ATI Award for Breakthrough Director (2018),HOLA Award for Outstanding Achievement in Directing (2017),Fuerza Award for Best Director (2017),Latin ACE Award for Best Actor Drama (2015),and HOLA Award for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor (2014).
As a proud alumnus of HB Studio and the Hagen Institute, as well as a Cultural Visitor Program participant at the John F. Kennedy Center for Performing Arts, Andrade continues to be a prominent figure in the world of theater.
