Paul Kampf is a 30-year veteran in the entertainment industry, boasting a multifaceted career as an actor, director, writer, producer, and teacher at his eponymous studio.
As a founding member and Artistic Director of the Breadline Theatre Group in Chicago, Kampf worked tirelessly for over a decade, overseeing the production of thirty world-premiere plays and establishing one of the city's most unique arts centers.
Following the success of his feature adaptation of the Joseph Jefferson-nominated play American Gothic, Kampf redirected his talents and passion towards creating a vital production/training studio in the heart of Hollywood.
His approach to the industry, informed by his experiences in world-premiere theater, empowers artists to be more self-sufficient, and his unique production program for actors has yielded feature films and numerous short projects, providing over 100 actors with significant screen time.
Undeterred by traditional paths to creative opportunities, Kampf has independently produced nearly 40 projects, ranging in scale from thousands of dollars to multi-millions.
Throughout his career, Kampf has garnered an impressive three dozen awards for his writing, directing, and producing, including an Emmy, and is frequently brought on to rewrite and polish projects.
As a prolific content generator, Kampf keeps busy creating original content for the big and small screens as well as the stage.
He is also a founding partner of Equitas Entertainment Partners, a production/funding company dedicated to addressing the gender pay gap and elevating underrepresented talents in the entertainment industry.
Furthermore, Kampf has established producing companies in Puerto Rico and Eastern Europe, allowing him to expand production and training opportunities to passionate artists beyond Los Angeles.
