Peter D'Alessio, also known as Pietro, grew up in the charming hamlet of Plant City, Florida, affectionately referred to as the Winter Strawberry Capital of the World. As the youngest of seven siblings, Pietro's childhood was filled with a rich sense of community and a strong foundation for his future endeavors. A graduate of Plant City High School, Pietro's initial foray into acting came in 1991 with a leading role in the play "The Desk Set" at the local community theater. This early success marked the beginning of his rapid ascent in the acting world.
In 1992, Pietro made the bold move to Chicago, where he quickly landed a recurring role on the syndicated television series "The Untouchables." This breakthrough role served as a catalyst for his subsequent work in film, television, and theater. Several years later, Pietro relocated to Hollywood, California, where he transitioned to the production side of the industry, taking on roles as a casting director and producer on various projects.
After several years of steady work, Pietro returned to his hometown of Plant City in 2001 and established his own production company, Yo Soy Irini Productions. Under his guidance and leadership, the company experienced immediate success, bringing new film and television projects to the central Florida area. However, after two years, Pietro felt the time was right to explore new opportunities.
He returned to Hollywood for a brief period before taking an extended break from the industry to travel throughout Europe and focus on his writing. Feeling revitalized and refreshed, Pietro returned to the United States and has since thrown himself back into acting with renewed energy and passion.
Returning to his roots, Pietro has relocated to Chicago, where he is currently booking acting roles at a rapid pace. He is committed to establishing himself as a lasting presence in the industry and is continually seeking ways to hone and improve his craft.
In his free time, Pietro enjoys cooking Italian cuisine, watching movies, and engaging in stimulating conversations.
