Phil Fondacaro's journey in the entertainment industry began in 1981 when he responded to a casting call for "little people" in the feature film "Under the Rainbow". This marked the start of a long and successful career that has spanned over four decades.
Throughout his career, Phil has worked in a wide range of genres, including drama, comedy, horror, and animation. He has had the opportunity to collaborate with renowned directors such as Robert Zemeckis, Ron Howard, and George Lucas.
One of Phil's most notable film credits is his role as Vohnkar in Ron Howard's "Willow" (1988). He also appeared in "Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi" (1983) as an Ewok, a role that is particularly memorable as he is the only Ewok to die on screen.
