Born in Kazakhstan, Pilot was destined for a life in the spotlight from the earliest stages of his childhood. As a toddler, he would enthusiastically act out nursery rhymes and attempt to bring joy to those around him through his laughter. Recognizing his innate flair for the dramatic, his parents enrolled him in acting and dance classes in his first grade year, providing a positive outlet for his boundless energy.
As he grew, Pilot's passion for performance only intensified. By the age of nine, he was already making his mark on the children's theater scene, and eventually transitioned to professional theater. At the tender age of 11, he secured his first agent and began landing commercial roles. His breakthrough role arrived when he made his television debut on HBO's adaptation of Stephen King's The Outsider.
Throughout his young career, Pilot has appeared in a variety of projects, including Nickelodeon's Drama Club, ABC's The Wonder Years, The Walking Dead, and the critically acclaimed film The Hill. Upcoming releases include credited roles in HBO's Task, HBO's Righteous Gemstones, and the feature films Flowervale Street, Red One, and Unbreakable Boy.
When he's not in front of the camera, Pilot enjoys exploring his creative side through filmmaking, screenwriting, photography, songwriting, playing the guitar, improv, singing, and dance. His love for board sports runs in the family, and he can often be found skateboarding, wake surfing, or snowboarding.
Pilot is deeply grateful for the unwavering support of the incredible individuals who have helped him navigate his journey thus far. In turn, he gives back to his community by volunteering as an assistant teacher in an elementary thespian troupe, paying it forward to the next generation of performers.
