Rachel Louise Murphy, born on December 16, 1985, in Ilford, Essex, England, is a talented actress with a wide range of credits to her name. She is perhaps most well-known for her recurring role as Poppy Meadow in the long-running BBC soap opera EastEnders, a position she has held since 2009.
