In the year 2016, a significant milestone was reached in the career of a notable individual, as he was chosen to participate in the esteemed Asian Film Academy 2016, a program held in the bustling city of Busan, South Korea. This prestigious honor granted him the opportunity to work alongside three other accomplished directors on a short film titled "hello uncle!", a collaborative project that showcased his exceptional storytelling skills and artistic prowess.
Rahat's creative endeavors took a significant leap forward in 2018, as he embarked on a new and ambitious project, penning and helming the segment "Jibon's Gun" within the esteemed confines of the First Bangladeshi Anthology Film, "Sincerely Yours, Dhaka". This cinematic masterpiece, a true testament to Rahat's artistic vision and skill, made its world premiere at the prestigious Busan International Film Festival, where it received widespread acclaim and recognition. Since then, "Sincerely Yours, Dhaka" has gone on to be showcased and awarded at numerous film festivals around the globe, cementing Rahat's reputation as a talented and innovative filmmaker.
