Rahvaunia, a talented individual, was born and raised in the city of Flint, Michigan, where she was the oldest of three siblings, including a fraternal twin. Growing up, she developed a passion for dancing and acting, inspired by the classic MGM musicals and films featuring Fred Astaire, Shirley Temple, and Gene Kelly. Throughout her grade school, junior high, and high school years, Rahvaunia was actively involved in various extracurricular activities, including the choir, dance, band, theatre, and cheerleading.
Rahvaunia has also made a name for herself as a writer, producer, and performer, showcasing her talents in a one-woman show called "tHis Is Very IMPORTANT." The show premiered in January 2018 for a 12-show run and later gained international recognition by being accepted into the BFF (Binge Fringe Festival) at the Santa Monica Playhouse in Santa Monica, California. The show set a record for the festival by selling out within 48 hours, a testament to its popularity.
Rahvaunia and her team are set to take their show to new heights, with upcoming performances in South Africa at the National Arts Festival Fringe in July 2019 and in New York City at the United Solo Festival on 42nd Street in October 2019.
In addition to her impressive stage accomplishments, Rahvaunia has also received recognition for her work in film. In April 2023, she won the award for Best Supporting Actress in a Drama Short at the LVBFF.
Rahvaunia's continued success has earned her numerous nominations and awards, including the 2024 Best of Hollywood Fringe Actor's Company and a nomination for the Denver Theatre Award at the Hollywood Fringe 2024.
