During his tenure as a creative director at FCB Ulka, Jadhav showcased exceptional creative prowess in his groundbreaking advertising work, earning recognition for his innovative approaches.
Jadhav's foray into filmmaking began with the successful 'Natrang', which garnered numerous awards, including the National Award for Best Marathi Film, and received widespread acclaim at international film festivals.
His subsequent ventures, 'Balgandharva' and 'Balak Palak(BP)', tackled sensitive topics relevant to society, earning accolades for their thought-provoking narratives.
To diversify his style, Jadhav directed the romantic comedy 'Timepass', which became the highest-grossing Marathi film of 2014, followed by its sequel 'Timepass 2'.
Jadhav's foray into Bollywood saw him helm the film 'Banjo', starring Riteish Deshmukh and Nargis Fakri.
