Remy Blumenfeld is a prominent figure in the international entertainment industry, having established two successful production companies and most recently spearheading ITV's Global Formats division to achieve remarkable results. His exceptional ability to identify emerging trends, assemble and motivate creative teams, and leverage his extensive network within the global television community has led to the creation and global success of numerous formats.
Throughout his career, Remy has been recognized for his outstanding achievements. In 2010, his peers named him one of the world's top 5 Format Kings at the prestigious MIP-COM event.
Remy's educational background includes attendance at Bedales School in Hampshire, the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain, and a summer program in Entrepreneurship at the London Business School. He has also led seminars on creativity at Cap Gemini University.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Remy is involved with several charitable organizations, including The Terrence Higgins Trust, the John Soane Museum, and BAFTA, for which he serves as a voting member. In his free time, Remy has executive produced several short feature films and stage productions, including Julie Burchill is Away, Eunuch's In My Wardrobe, and Smalltime Revolutionary.
