Biography

Reuel Belt, the youngest offspring of his parents, emerged into the world in Columbia, Maryland, a place that would serve as the backdrop for his earliest years.

Leon O'Neal Belt, a retired federal employee and attorney, and Guy Valerie Bosworth, an English teacher, played a pivotal role in shaping the individual who would eventually emerge, laying the groundwork for their son's future pursuits through their unwavering guidance and support.

Reuel's professional journey gained significant momentum when he had the opportunity to contribute to the production of the widely acclaimed Netflix series House of Cards, an experience that allowed him to work alongside some of the most respected and accomplished individuals in the industry, including acclaimed director James Foley, esteemed actor Mahershala Ali, the visionary filmmaker David Fincher, and the highly acclaimed actor Kevin Spacey.

Upon relocating to the City of Angels, Reuel had the privilege of collaborating with the esteemed film director Mark Brown on a highly anticipated, as-yet-untitled feature film project, thereby providing himself with a unique opportunity to refine his skills and artistic abilities.

Throughout his illustrious career, he has been fortunate enough to have made appearances in a multitude of national television commercials, showcasing his versatility and range as a performer.

In addition to his work in commercials, he has also had the esteemed privilege of taking the stage in the acclaimed production of Suzan-Lori Parks' Pulitzer Prize-winning play, TopDog UnderDog, under the skilled direction of the accomplished Sharif Atkins.

From a young age, Reuel embarked on a multifaceted journey of artistic expression, delving into various creative outlets that would later converge to shape his professional identity.

Following a period of several years, he dedicated himself to working for esteemed educational and youth sports non-profit organizations, as well as briefly serving within the Maryland Attorney General's office, before ultimately deciding to return to his long-standing passion for performing and entertaining.

Noted filmmaker J. Todd Harris and Mitchell Peck, a pair of seasoned producers, were the masterminds behind the creation of the groundbreaking lacrosse feature film, Crooked Arrows, in which the talented individual in question secured a role.

Reuel's professional endeavors are complemented by his commitment to philanthropic pursuits, which have taken him to various esteemed organizations in Los Angeles and his hometown of Baltimore City, Maryland, where he actively participates in volunteer efforts with Calvert School and other notable outreach and youth organizations, playing a vital role in making a positive impact in his community.
