Rick Washburn's life journey commenced with his birth to his parents, Richard Ryder Washburn and Jane Chandler. A significant relocation followed, as he departed his early residence in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, and made his way to New York City, driven by an insatiable passion to pursue a career in acting.
Under the esteemed guidance of the renowned Lee Strasberg, Rick began his professional development in 1979, continuing until Lee's passing in 1982. Following this period, in 1983, Rick founded Weapons Specialist Ltd., a theatrical weapons consulting and rental corporation, of which he currently serves as the president.
