Ridley Tsui, a remarkable individual, was fortunate enough to have his father send him to Beijing opera school at a young age, where he honed his skills in Chinese dance and choreography. His rigorous training and frequent performances with his fellow disciples laid the foundation for his future success. The knowledge of Chinese opera he acquired ultimately provided him with the opportunity to transition into the film industry.
Growing up, Ridley was heavily influenced by his idols, Jackie Chan and Sammo Hung, and at the tender age of 19, he embarked on a career in film. After gaining valuable experience in stunt work, he caught the attention of Laurence Kasanoff, who offered him a role in Mortal Kombat: Annihilation (1997) and also entrusted him with the task of choreographing the film's fight scenes. It was a rare occurrence for Ridley to appear as an actor on film, with his last notable role being in King of the Wrestlers (2005).
Today, Ridley is a highly respected stuntman, martial arts choreographer, and film director, having helmed his debut film, "Final Target". As a choreographer, he has worked on a range of projects, including A Fu (2000),The Lost Empire (2001),Lost Time: The Movie (2003),and Johnny (2003). Ridley's exceptional skills, unwavering dedication, and perseverance have earned him a reputation as a talented and hardworking individual, with a bright future ahead of him and a wealth of entertainment experiences to share with the world.
