Rob Harrow was born and raised in Suffern, New York, where his early life was marked by a passion for filmmaking that began to take shape at the tender age of five. With his father's video camera serving as a makeshift production studio, Harrow started creating his own films, a creative outlet that would ultimately shape his future aspirations.
As he grew older, his love for film and acting only intensified, fueled by his exposure to a wide range of cinematic masterpieces. This passion eventually evolved into a burning desire to be a part of the entertainment industry in any capacity, whether it be through acting, directing, or writing.
Harrow's high school years saw him make significant contributions to the school's film program, which he was studying at the esteemed Helen Hayes Theatre. Upon graduating, he went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Film Production at Hofstra University, where he honed his skills in film, screenwriting, and acting.
After relocating to Los Angeles, Harrow continued to nurture his creative talents by co-writing, co-directing, and acting in a series of short films with his brother, Bryce. Their most recent collaborative effort, El Banditos, has garnered widespread acclaim, having screened at numerous prominent film festivals and earning a slew of prestigious awards.
Notably, El Banditos took home the Exceptional Emerging Artist award at the Hollywood Film Festival, as well as the Audience Choice Award at the Hollyshorts Monthly Screenings. Furthermore, the film's impressive run culminated in a screening at the revered Cannes Film Festival, a testament to Harrow's dedication to his craft and his unwavering commitment to excellence.
