Ruchika Jain, a talented method actor from India, currently based in London, boasts an impressive educational background, having earned degrees in Maths from St. Stephen's College Delhi, Operations Research from Case Western University in the USA, and a business qualification from Stanford University.
With over 25 years of experience in the IT sector, Ruchika made a successful transition to a career in acting, showcasing her remarkable talent and versatility. Her solo performance as Maanika in Polka Theatre's "Maanika and the Wolf" received a 5-star review from West End Best Friend, and she has performed across the UK at esteemed venues such as Curve Theatre, Hope Mill Theatre, Theatre Royal Haymarket, Church Hill Edinburgh, and Questor's.
This year, Ruchika took on the lead role in Paul Stone's "Auntie's House" at King's Head, London, an LGBTQ+ play based on true events. Additionally, she is touring as Nanna in the musical show "Puddle at the End of the World" at various festivals, including The Brighton Fringe, Oxford Arts in the Park, and the Royal Albert Hall, London.
Ruchika's extensive film and television credits include "The Nan Movie" with Catherine Tate, Warner Brothers' "The Sandman", and "Count Abdulla" on ITVX. She has also starred in several Bollywood films, including Kareena Kapoor Khan's "The Buckingham Murders".
