Rustica Carpio, a renowned Filipino actress, came into this world on August 9, 1930, in the picturesque town of Paombong, situated in the province of Bulacan, Philippines. With a career spanning multiple decades, she left an indelible mark on the Philippine entertainment industry, captivating audiences with her remarkable performances in various films. Some of her most notable works include the critically acclaimed "Lola" (2009),the poignant drama "Ano ang kulay ng mga nakalimutang pangarap?" (2013),and the iconic "Menor de edad" (1979). Sadly, her life came to a close on February 1, 2022, in the city of Imus, located in the province of Cavite, Philippines.
