As fate would have it, Ryan's big break in the entertainment industry occurred while he was pursuing his passion for college soccer. It was during this time that he caught the attention of Elite Model Management agent David Love, who was impressed by Ryan's physique and subsequently signed him to a modeling contract after he shed an impressive 15 pounds of muscle.
