Sandra Delgado is a multifaceted Colombian-American performer, equally adept at acting and singing, who hails from the vibrant city of Chicago. Throughout her illustrious career, she has had the privilege of collaborating with an impressive array of esteemed writers, including Jose Rivera, Tanya Saracho, Luis Alfaro, Stephen Adly Guirgis, Nilo Cruz, and Brett C. Leonard.
As a highly sought-after stage presence, Delgado frequently appears on the stages of Chicago's iconic institutions, such as the renowned Steppenwolf Theater and the Goodman Theater, as well as other prominent venues like Victory Gardens, Lookingglass, Actors Theater of Louisville, and INTAR.
Delgado's impressive credentials include the prestigious TCG Fox Foundation Resident Actor Fellowship, which she received in 2011. Currently, she is in residence at the Goodman Theater in Chicago, where she is diligently developing her first full-length play with music, titled "para mis Madres".
