Sandy Minh Abley, a renowned Vancouver-based lawyer with over 18 years of experience in the legal profession, embarked on an unexpected yet thrilling journey in the world of acting, aiming to add a touch of theatrical flair to her epitaph.
With a wealth of public speaking expertise, Sandy effortlessly transitioned into the acting realm, achieving remarkable success within a remarkably short period. Her inaugural venture, a lead role in the short film "The Red Moon," directed by Azza Baaziz, premiered at various esteemed film festivals in 2019, including the Lift-Off Global Network, Prisma Independent Film Awards, LIFF (Lebanese Independent Film Festival),and the Diversimacine Festival De Crutas in Spain.
Since then, Sandy has made appearances on prominent networks such as NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX, Lifetime, and SyFy, solidifying her status as a talented actress.
As a proud Vietnamese mother, Sandy is also the parent of child actor Viola Abley, who has followed in her mother's footsteps in the entertainment industry.
When not busy with her professional pursuits, Sandy enjoys a diverse range of leisure activities, including golf, hiking, snorkeling, yoga, fencing, pickleball, Zumba, and skiing, although she does not take these hobbies too seriously.
