Sarah Murdoch, a renowned Australian model and television presenter, grew up on the northern beaches of Sydney before pursuing a successful international modeling career in New York for over 14 years.
She secured major contracts with L'Oreal, Revlon, Estee Lauder, and Ralph Lauren, and appeared in campaigns for Christian Dior and Yves Saint Laurent. She also became a global face for Revlon and made numerous television appearances, including Friends, The Late Show with David Letterman, and Late Night with Conan O'Brien.
After returning to Australia, Sarah transitioned to television presenting and hosted The Today Show for four months and co-hosted The Project. She also produced and hosted Australia's Next Top Model for three seasons, which became the highest-rating non-sports program for Foxtel.
As a brand ambassador, Sarah worked with Bonds for over 11 years, developing and advertising a profitable women's line. She also became the brand ambassador for Vaalia Yoghurt, a health and wellness brand in partnership with the Murdoch Children's Research Institute.
Sarah is passionate about contributing to the community and has worked with the National Breast Cancer Foundation of Australia (NBCF) since 1997, becoming Patron in 2001. She has raised over $137 million for the foundation and was awarded the Inaugural Advocacy for Breast Cancer Research Award in 2011.
Sarah has also been an ambassador for the Murdoch Children's Research Institute since 2000 and a member of its Development Board, focusing on raising awareness and research funds for the institute. She has received numerous awards for her charity work, including the Celebrity Advocacy Award and the InStyle Magazine Award for Charity/Community.
In addition to her charity work, Sarah has co-authored a book on birth skills and has been a member of the Federal Government's National Body Image Advisory Group since 2009. She has also joined the board of the Australian Research Alliance for Children and Youth (ARACY) and is a member of an advisory board with Global Access Partners working in Early Childhood Education.
Today, Sarah lives in Sydney with her husband Lachlan and their three children, Kalan, Aidan, and Aerin.
