Sasha Luss, a talented individual, was born in the city of Magadan, located within the Magadan Oblast, and later relocated to Moscow at a tender age. As a young child, Sasha demonstrated little enthusiasm for embarking on a modeling career, instead devoting her time to creative pursuits such as writing and dancing. She was an avid participant in various ballet competitions, showcasing her impressive skills. However, a debilitating ankle injury subsequently forced her to relinquish this cherished hobby.
In the midst of this period, Sasha's mother's acquaintances and even strangers would often remark on her potential as a model. This phenomenon was not limited to her mother's social circle, as strangers would also comment on her suitability for a modeling career. As Sasha entered her teenage years, her mother took her to visit a reputable modeling agency, where she was promptly signed. It is worth noting that Sasha's grandmother was not pleased with this career path, expressing disapproval by labeling the modeling industry as immoral and distasteful.
Sasha made her cinematic debut as Princess Lïhio-Minaa in the visually stunning film Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets, released in 2017. She then went on to star in the action-packed thriller Anna, taking on the titular role in 2019.
