The extraordinary odyssey of Beyer commenced in the picturesque rural town of Grass Valley, nestled in the verdant landscape of Northern California, where the formative years of his life unfolded. In 1989, with a sense of adventure and determination, Beyer made the courageous choice to leave behind the familiarity of his childhood home and relocate to the sun-kissed cityscape of Southern California. As he acclimated to his new surroundings, he rapidly discovered a sense of purpose and direction, swiftly finding employment as an actor in the vibrant theatre scene. His early career was marked by a diverse array of roles, as he brought to life a multitude of characters in touring children's productions, honing his craft and laying the foundation for the remarkable journey that was yet to come.

As his fascination with the entertainment industry continued to grow, he found himself drawn to a diverse array of pursuits, simultaneously juggling a multitude of odd jobs that spanned both within and beyond the boundaries of the industry itself.

In the year 2000, a pivotal moment in his illustrious career, Beyer took the bold step of co-founding his own production company, Eye Scream Films, a venture that would go on to yield a multitude of award-winning projects, including the highly acclaimed Callous Sentiment segment of the feature film Visions of Horror.

Fast-forwarding to the year 2005, a pivotal moment in the career of Beyer, marked the commencement of his feature film writing and directing endeavors with the intense drama, Down the P.C.H., which would ultimately be released in 2006 and star an ensemble cast featuring the talented Guillermo Diaz, Elaine Hendrix, and Lin Shaye.
