Person Biography:
Spice Williams-Crosby was born on a ranch in North Hollywood, California, where she rode her horse to kindergarten. Growing up, she played in her father's medical offices and eventually hit the road as a musician, singer, and dancer under contract to 20th Century-Fox Records.
After overcoming a seven-year drug and alcohol problem at the age of 26, Spice turned to God, nutrition, and exercise. She began studying acting for stage and film, taking to kickboxing and bodybuilding, and eventually creating a niche for herself as an action actress.
Spice has worked in numerous feature films, including Star Trek V: The Final Frontier, The Cherokee Kid, From Dusk Till Dawn, Guyver, A Simple Plan, and For Love of the Game. She has also guest-starred on various TV shows, such as Roseanne, My Two Dads, Women in Prison, Mama's Family, The Bold And The Beautiful, The Young and the Restless, Step by Step, Smart Guy, Diagnosis Murder, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and Scrubs.
Spice is a stunt double and has doubled for actresses such as Deidre Hall, Louise Fletcher, Meg Foster, Katherine Ross, Clare Carey, Cindy Pickett, Linda Kozlowski, Eileen Brennen, Becky Ann Baker, and Kelly Preston. She has also stunt coordinated feature films, television shows, and commercials.
In addition to her acting and stunt work, Spice is a nutritional expert with two Masters in Fitness Science & Holistic Nutrition and a PhD in Natural Health Medicine. She has written for magazines such as Ms. Fitness, Natural Muscle Magazine, and World Black Belt.
Spice holds various martial arts certifications, including 6th DAN in Arjukanpo, 6th DAN in Doce Pares Eskrima, and is Certified Level B in Israeli Krav Panim el Panim (abbrev. KAPAP),Level C in Guatemala GIKA, and Security Defensive Tactics, Inc.
She is married to Gregory Crosby, screenwriter (Hacksaw Ridge),and they have a son named Luke. Spice's goal is to continue to set an example for the "women of the new millennium" - spiritually focused, mentally alert, and physically capable.
