Some of her notable documentaries include "Islam: stories of women", "Latin America: stories of women", "To be 20 years old in...", and "So close so far: portraits in the suburbs".
Between 2000 and 2002, Stefania served as the Artistic Director of Siena's Film Festival "Terra di Siena". In 2010, she became the Managing Director of DGTVIE TV. Currently, she continues to write and direct programs, reportages, and documentaries for RAI and satellite channels such as RAI Sat Cinema World, Gambero Rosso Channel, and Sky.
