Subodh's educational background is from Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce, where he completed his graduation. Prior to pursuing his passion for acting, he started his career as a salesman in a small IT company called Inika Technologies, located in Koregaon Park, Pune.
Subodh is widely recognized for his exceptional portrayal of notable figures, including social reformer and freedom fighter Bal Gangadhar Tilak in the acclaimed biopic Lokmanya-Ek Yug Purush (2015),and the titular role in the biographical drama Bal Gandharva (2011). Throughout his career spanning over a decade, he has appeared in approximately 50 films.
In addition to his acting credits, Subodh made his directorial debut with the musical drama Katyar Kaljat Ghusali in 2015, which was both critically acclaimed and commercially successful. The film was screened at several prestigious film festivals, including the International Film Festival of India, and emerged as one of the highest-grossing films of 2015.
