Svatopluk Matyás, a renowned actor, entered this world on October 18, 1929, in the charming town of Radslavice by Prerov, which was then part of Czechoslovakia, but is now proudly a part of the Czech Republic.
Throughout his illustrious career, Matyás gained recognition for his captivating performances in a wide range of films, including the 1959 cinematic masterpiece "Taková láska", the 1989 critically acclaimed "Roky prelomu", and the 1987 international co-production "Der Ochsenkrieg".
