Tammy Hyler's biography:
Born in Mesa, Arizona, Tammy Hyler moved to Los Angeles at 18 to work at Creative Artists Agency, where she learned the film and TV industry from the inside. By night, she moonlighted singing her original country songs with her band, Tammy Hyler and Full House.
She spent 13 years in L.A., working in the film industry by day and making music at night, before moving to Nashville in 1993. In Nashville, Hyler's songs were recorded by many country music heavyweights, including Collin Raye, Martina McBride, George Strait, Shania Twain, Wynona Judd, JoDee Messina, Sara Evans, Pam Tillis, Journey, Clay Walker, and others.
Throughout her time in Nashville, Hyler was signed as a staff-writer at Sony ATV for 9 years and later signed a deal with Godfather Rich Muzik and Skyline Music. Her songs have been featured in 100's of television shows and several major motion pictures.
In 2013, Hyler produced her first motion picture, Like A Country Song, starring Billy Ray Cyrus, Joel Smallbone, and Larry Gatlin. She also co-wrote and co-produced 9 of the movie's songs, including the title track by Billy Ray Cyrus.
