Tim hails from the Republic of Georgia, where his formative years were spent, before embarking on a new chapter in Moscow, Russia, to pursue higher education in Business. Upon graduating with a Finance major, Tim ventured to New Zealand, where he spent several years honing his skills in various accounting and finance roles. However, the allure of the silver screen proved too great, and Tim's childhood dream of making movies finally took center stage, leading him to graduate from the esteemed South Seas Film and Television School with a Directing major.
Since then, Tim has been prolific, penning, directing, and producing a staggering eight short films and one feature film. His most recent short film, "Restoration," has enjoyed a remarkable global reach, screening in over 20 countries at various film festivals. His feature film, "Crackheads," has garnered numerous accolades in both New Zealand and the United States. Tim is currently in development of two feature films he has written, "Tamada," set in both New Zealand and Georgia, and "Love Forty," set in New Zealand and Japan.
