Tracey Birdsall was born in Van Nuys, California, to Ronald Birdsall and Carol Birdsall (née Carol Stone). She was raised in Southern California, with a rich heritage of British and European descent. Notably, her great-grandfather was Bert Lewis, a renowned Walt Disney composer.
As a child, Birdsall was trained in dance, singing, and musical theater, laying the foundation for her future acting endeavors. She further honed her craft by studying various acting techniques, including a transformative experience with renowned acting coach Margie Haber, who taught her to embody characters with unwavering dedication.
Birdsall's meticulous preparation and versatility have earned her recognition worldwide for her diverse and challenging roles across genres. Her standout performance in the 2016 Science Fiction film Rogue Warrior: Robot Fighter garnered numerous awards, including the Female Action Performer of the Year Award at the Action on Film Festival, Best Actress Jury Award from the West Coast Film Festival, Best Actress Jury Award from the Los Angeles Theatrical Release Awards Competition, and a nomination for Best Actress at the 50th Annual WorldFest Houston 2017.
