Ford and his partner, Natalie Cohen, continue to be of service to other transplant patients and caregivers, and have founded their 501(c)(3) nonprofit RELIVE to provide support and resources for those affected by liver failure and liver transplantation.
Ford lives with his partner and their two cats, and is grateful for the second chance at life he has been given. He believes that the best chapters are yet to come, and that the book of his life is not yet written.
