Trevor Sands, a renowned filmmaker, has spent the last decade transforming some of the most esteemed works of science fiction into cinematic masterpieces. His impressive portfolio boasts adaptations of Dan Simmons' celebrated novels, including "Hyperion" and "Fall of Hyperion", which were acquired by Warner Bros./Graham King. Additionally, he has worked on numerous other projects, including the film adaptation of "The Six-Billion Dollar Man", produced by Bob Weinstein and Dimension.

Moreover, his original screenplay, "Clean Break", made the prestigious Black List, courtesy of Focus Features.
In 2013, Sands co-wrote and directed the sci-fi thriller "E.T.X.R." for 20th Century Fox, a micro-budget feature that was released directly to digital platforms via Netflix. His director's showcase short film, "Inside", starring Jeremy Sisto, has won numerous awards at prominent film festivals.
In 2016, Sands further demonstrated his versatility by directing, editing, and writing the Virtual Reality experience "Timeless: Continuum Recon", a companion piece to the NBC/Sony Pictures Television TV series "Timeless".
