Tsugumi, a renowned Japanese actress, model, and adult video performer, was born Otake Tsuzumi on February 21, 1976. Born in Tokyo, she began her career as a race queen after completing high school.
Tsugumi made her film debut in 1997 with the film adaptation of the manga "Time Leap", and subsequently appeared in numerous films, V-Cinema releases, stage plays, and TV dramas.
