Vivienne was born in the charming town of Llandrindod Wells in the year 1955, making her the youngest daughter of Anthony Bazille-Corbin, a esteemed individual from the Channel Islands, and Alison Margaret Dudgeon, a woman of Scottish heritage.
Following her academic pursuits, Vivienne graduated from Goldsmiths College with a degree in Drama in 1977. This marked the beginning of her professional career, as she embarked on a five-year European tour with a renowned devising comedy troupe.
Vivienne's talent and dedication to her craft soon led her to secure engagements at the iconic London comedy store and the alternative comedy scene. It was during this time that she met and married her current husband, the accomplished comic performer Martin Soan.
As a devoted mother to her two daughters, Vivienne balanced her career with her family life. She also pursued her passion for music, taking up the saxophone in 1988 and continuing to play with various Funk, Punk, and Glam rock bands until 2012. Her impressive skills led to her being featured in live performances, music videos, films, and radio shows.
In 2002, Vivienne had the opportunity to play the tenor saxophone in the Kit Kat band for the Chichester Festival Theatre's stage production of Cabaret.
Over the past 20 years, Vivienne has primarily worked in the television and film industries. With her daughters now residing in Australia, Vivienne is eager to expand her professional horizons and explore opportunities on other continents.
