William Charlton, an army brat, was born in the picturesque city of Vicenza, Italy, a place that would later influence his adventurous spirit and adaptability. As a teenager, he spent his formative years in Germany, where he developed a unique perspective on the world and honed his skills in navigating diverse environments.
After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado, Boulder, where he had the opportunity to spend three seasons with the esteemed Colorado Shakespeare Festival, Charlton made the bold decision to relocate to London. He enrolled at the renowned London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts (LAMDA),further refining his craft and expanding his artistic horizons.
Following several years of living and working in the vibrant city of New York, Charlton made the move to Los Angeles, where he currently resides. As a member of Ensemble Studio Theater/LA, he continues to pursue his passion for the performing arts, surrounded by like-minded individuals who share his dedication to the craft.
