A former hit-man, known as Badger, has been a recluse since his ex-wife's death, only speaking to his handler in 4451 days. His latest assignment is to befriend a call girl, Velvet, and extract information about an Albanian gang she works for. Despite initial objections, Badger forms an unlikely friendship with Velvet, which turns into a romance. However, his handler orders him to kill Velvet, her partners, and the gang's boss, Vasily.
