In the town of Woodhaven, a mysterious werewolf-like figure, known as WolfCop, is terrorizing the streets at night. However, no one knows that WolfCop is actually Lou Garou, a former drunk and old partner of Chief Sheriff Tina Walsh. Lou's condition is the result of an alien invasion of shapeshifters, who use werewolves as sacrifices. As the full moon approaches, Lou's superpowers grow stronger, allowing him to control crime, but Tina pleads for him to stay locked up. Meanwhile, businessman Sylvester Shallows has revitalized the town's economy with his new brewery, Darkstar, but his true motives remain unknown.
