Ken and Hoot are tasked by the Governor to restore order in Willow Springs, but they're vastly outnumbered by Duke Wade's gang. To even the odds, Hoot convinces the Governor to free some prisoners, but one of them is actually a traitor working for Wade, complicating their mission.
