A 19-year-old graffiti writer, Blest, spends his time bombing the city with messages, becoming the most wanted by the corrupt NYPD Vandal Squad. He attracts media and gallery attention, and his crew, including Buk 50 and his brother Lune, wage a graffiti war against the city after Lune's arrest and beating. Blest meets a political activist, Alexandra, and begins to question his position in life, causing his relationship with his crew to fragment.
