Boston Blackie, a former convict and amateur magician, performs at a women's prison, where an inmate takes advantage of his act to make her own escape. Blackie is accused of being an accomplice and must clear his name by finding the escaped inmate and her ex-husband, who was involved in the crime that sent her to prison.
