Captain America is sent to find a missing scientist, believed to be held by revolutionary Miguel, who seeks the scientist's formula for accelerating aging. The only lead is a crucial chemical, which Steve Rogers follows to a small town. Upon arrival, he discovers strange occurrences and is warned to leave by local men. Meanwhile, Miguel threatens to spray the chemical on a major city unless his demands are met, but the President refuses to comply.
